Managing Partner

Kimberley A. Evans

I hung my own shingle in 2013 and never looked back. When the opportunity to further grow my practice presented itself with Phil and Kavita, it was a no-brainer. I practice family law, probate and estates, personal injury, civil litigation, post-judgment actions, and appellate litigation. I love to teach, and my goal is for Larmond, Evans, & Brignac, PLLC to be the prominent teaching firm in the Houston/Dallas/Fort Worth areas. I am also a legal writing professor at my alma mater, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. I am a certified mediator in civil and family law, and I maintain an active pro bono practice volunteering with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and the Houston Volunteer Lawyers. My background in law enforcement allows me to see the law from all aspects and truly connect with each client. I will give you the hard truth and fight for you until the end. When I am not in the courts, I am on the courts playing tennis.

Fun Fact: I am currently on Candy Crush Level 1,254.
